Refund policy
Damages:
If your shipment arrives damaged, is lost, marked as delivered, or if there is an error with your order, you MUST notify Joyful Home Candle Co. within 2 days of delivery—no exceptions. For damaged items, please send photos to help us address the issue properly. Damaged products will be eligible for store credit only; refunds are not available, with no exceptions to this policy.
In cases of lost packages, a shop credit for the total value of the order will be issued after all search efforts by the carrier have been exhausted.
Exchanges
If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase due to scent preference, they may return the item at their own expense, provided it is in UNUSED condition, and receive a full store credit.
Refunds
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds unless the item is deemed defective by Joyful Home Candle Co.
