Shipping policy

The preparation and shipping time for an order can change occasionally.

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 to 7 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. After your package is collected by the carrier, delivery times can range from 1 to 5 days, depending on your location.

LOCAL PICKUP:  During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local pickup is available. If you chose local pick up option, please send us a dm on one of our socials or an email at joyfulhomecandleco@gmail.com so we can schedule a pick up time. If you choose local pickup and you are not local to Joyful Home Candle Co., we will not be able to process your order until shipping is paid. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 1-5 business days depending on your location. Flat rate shipping fee of $7 applies to all shipping order. However, free shipping is applied to all order $100 or more. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
